As a receptionist you will be responsible for creating de first and last impression on the guests of the hotel. As a receptionist you take care of the check in and out process for our guests. You answer a variety of questions and you give information about the hotspots in Brussels. Wherever up-selling is possible you will identify the opportunities from a commercial point of view and take action. As a receptionist there you will work in shifts and you report to the Front Office Manager. We are looking for someone with personality, who is very comfortable in meeting and talking to new people. You are also able to demonstrate great customer service skills and ensure customer expectations are pro-actively met with a high level of attention to detail. The successful candidate will also be able to consistently meet deadlines and understand the importance of maximising revenue and occupancy levels in the hotel. You will be handling the check in process of our guests, payments, upselling, guest comments and telephone enquiries. For this function you must be able to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
