For our two hotels in London ( nhow London, opening end 2018) are we looking for a passionate and experienced Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager UK will be an active advisor for the Hotel Directors in the two hotels and ensures that all HR/Recruitment activities are taking care of. The Human Resources Manager will report directly to the Senior Director of People Northern Europe. Your main responsibilities will be : • Identify all training needs with the Hotel director and arrange relevant trainings in collaboration with the NH University. • Ensure that all staff have performance reviews ( Time for You) in line with NH company timescales • Make sure the entire staff is aware of all Human Resource policies and procedures and demonstrate the NH Hotels mission and values. • Ensure that all employee data is accurately entered into SAP/IWH/Payroll and employee files • To be in frequent contact with Heads of Department to provide guidance, information, and to facilitate the resolution of issues. Contacts may also include benefits providers and the general public for the purpose of gathering data and resolving problems. • To be able to analyze staff related issues and recommend actions. • Maintain optimal employment levels and/or enhance the quality of work life for employees. Ensure that all employees are aware of all company benefits and support available • Develop and implement HR policies, processes and practices to meet the needs of the business. • To be accurate and timely, analysing a variety of data, providing strong recommendations for resolution of problems. • Advise management regarding all people management and legal issues. • Create and implement employment practices ensuring legal compliance and consistency. • To provide all relevant employee details and changes for starters and leavers to the financial controller and Head office for payroll in accordance with the monthly pay schedules • To give full co-operation to any member of staff who has a query with their pay and tax information. • Responsible for the entire recruitment of the two hotels and active collaboration with the Talent, Learning & Development Manager Northern Europe. • You have a strong background in employment, employee relations, compensation and benefits and government regulations and policies. • Strong verbal and written communication skills required with an understanding and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment. • Human Resources management experience required preferably in the hospitality industry.
