As Front Office Manager you are the crucial link that ensures that every guest has a fantastic experience. You are managing the Front Office team, where perfect service is your starting point. You are also the contact person for all guest related matters, concierge duties and all administrative matters. You are the driving force in stimulating, motivating and guiding the team of desk managers and receptionists and for the Manager on Duty team. Where upselling is possible, you will take actions to actually do this and to hand it over to your team. You monitor the Quality Standards of the NH Hotel Group and you are part of the Management Team. Do you have relevant work experience?
