As a chef you coordinate / arrange the execution of the activities in the various groups (departments) of the kitchen and at events, you take care of the daily orders and prepare order lists. You motivate and lead the kitchen team. In addition, you contribute to changes to the menu and to the development of recipes and calculations. You also supervise compliance with safety, working conditions, HACCP and work and presentation methods. Are you the new leader of our kitchen?
