In this role you will support the Director of Operations and assume ownership for leading and influencing Hotel Teams to achieve operational objectives and deliver exceptional guest experience outcomes for NH Hotel Group BUNE. Through the use of analytical and business intelligence skills you will review results across BU Northern Europe with the intent to upgrade business processes, resource planning and the allocation of resources to meet or exceed operational demands. You will support Director of Operations through leading projects, analyzing risks, future planning for growth or efficiency gains, and liaising with the key stakeholders in operations. In this role, you will be reporting directly to the Director of Operations Business Unit Northern Europe. As Operations Control Manager, your main responsibilities are: • Strategically analyse and review data to identify challenges and together with operations develop solutions for improvement • Liaise with stakeholders and GM’s to monitor status of KPI’s, operational processes, and to ensure that EBITDA targets are met at Hotel Level • Support the Director of Operations and the Regionals in business intelligence, forecasting, budgeting and strategic planning, and reviewing business performance against actual and forecast • Support operations in process improvement, standardisation and developing best practices • Conducting financial analyses to support operational and project decision making • Participation in BU wide projects as necessary • Liaise with Quality department to ensure execution of strategic quality plan. You have 10 years + experience in the Hotel Industry, with solid understanding of operations, performance and planning. You have a professional level of English. Besides this, you have a good knowledge of most common Windows applications. You are flexible and willing to travel within the whole Business Unit Northern Europe. You are structured and organized, with a strong eye for detail. You are open minded (in terms of different countries and cultures). You are guest oriented and have strong communication skills.
