During this Sales internship, your most important tasks will be to support the sales department with the day to day tasks, you will perform research on potential target markets and assist in organizing educational tours and client events. You will be participating to “call projects” to accounts with the team, organize and execute mailings and you will support in reporting & data analysis. Furthermore, you will adjust and implement data in the CRM database, coordinate the rebranding in one of our hotels in Brussels and coordinate the opening of a new hotel in Antwerp. You are responsible to assure a constant high level of service towards clients and colleagues, be aware of the SOP’s and work accordingly. You will attend sales meetings, perform requests on the management and join to sales appointments. Besides this you will be participate to on the job trainings. You are: • Fluent in English and French and/or Dutch, • Service minded, • Flexible, • A team player, • Creative, • Solution minded. Besides this you have: • Good organizing skills, • Attention for quality, • A high feeling of responsibility, • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, • Good communication skills.
